I can’t say enough wonderful things about ReGenCen in Traverse City! After nearly 10 years of doctor visits and searching for answers, I finally feel like myself again thanks to their bio identical HRT program. The aestheticians and all the staff at CSLC Petoskey are excellent. From Emma's front desk warm welcome and appointment scheduling help to Kelly's pre-treatment consult to Bryanna's exceptional administering of my treatment (derma planing and micro needling), this is an exceptional facility with exceptional service. Thank you! And as a follow--up review after this initial posting ... had services today again by Bryan and check-in assistance with Emma and service plan/review with Maris (I hope/think I have her name correct) .... all excellent as previoulsy noted. I had a Signature facial today with Brianna. I try to make time to have a facial at least a few times a year. It is so relaxing and at the same time therapeutic for my skin. I recommend treating yourself as often as your schedule and pocketbook will allow!

Every visit my experience has been great. For the first time in my skin care journey/treatment I've felt heard (which is hard to find these days) Everyone is friendly, supportive and informative. Dr. Lo is a very knowledgeable doctor when it comes to natural hormone therapy. Ahead of his time in the U.S., I feel confident and well taken care of. The natural hormone replacement pellets are a game changer and I am reaping many benefits from this therapy. A few of these benefits are getting a better night sleep, no hot sweats, less pain in my joints and also I am not getting up to go to the bathroom as much as I used to. I am very happy with these results and am looking forward to even more in the future.

I am a big fan of the Cosmetic Skin and Laser Center. My husband and I are new to Traverse City and will be spending our summers here. The remainder of the year we are in the Dallas area and I visit a medical spa there regularly for skin maintenance facials and procedures. I am thrilled to have found CSLC and have purchased several of their packages. I am getting the same procedures at both places and yet am seeing more of an impact from my CSLC procedures. The staff is phenomenal - kind, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a big fan and will continue to be a regular!

Jensen is incredible! I felt welcome throughout my entire experience. Extremely professional, clean environment. Honestly, screams luxury. Jensen was thorough in explanation and made sure that I knew exactly what was happening. Highly recommend! We even talked through my other concerns and within minutes, was doing other treatment options so I didn't have to come back. Huge win!

This is my first time visiting RegenCen, everyone there is awesome. this is a great place if you want to naturally take care of your health, they have made a huge difference in my wife, I am so thankful for what they have done for her. I‘ve said it once and I’ll say it again- THE BEST PLACE TO GO! They all always make me feel so welcome and safe! There can be 100 people in a room and 99 people don’t believe in you but that 1 person or place A.K.A Cosmetic Skin and Laser Center CAN believe in you and it can change everything!
